1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Riko's AI-powered business intelligence platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Riko provides AI-powered business intelligence solutions that integrate with Tally to deliver conversational analytics and insights. Our services include:

• AI-powered conversational business intelligence
• Tally data integration and analysis
• Real-time financial insights and reporting
• Automated receivables and inventory management
• CFO-level analytics and recommendations
• GST compliance and filing assistance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and Tally integration
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Ensure your Tally data is properly backed up and secured

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our AI business intelligence services is due according to the billing cycle selected at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Riko and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service and AI technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software. Your Tally data remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Riko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we will securely delete your Tally integration data as per our data retention policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
