use our AI-powered business intelligence platform that integrates with Tally for
enhanced financial analytics.
It applies to our website (rikoai.in), the Riko app (app.rikoai.in) and our Android and
iOS apps, including when you create an account, connect Tally or make a payment.

5.1 Advertising measurement and analytics
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and OpenAI (ChatGPT). To learn which
ads bring people who actually use Riko, to avoid showing ads to existing customers, and to
reach businesses similar to the ones we serve, we share limited information with these
partners:
- On our website: the Meta pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and
the OpenAI Ads tag record pages visited and actions taken on rikoai.in (for example,
starting or submitting a form, or booking a demo). Microsoft Clarity and Datafast measure
how our site is used. These use cookies and similar technologies, described in our
Cookie Policy.
- From our servers: when you submit a form, book a demo, create an account
or make a payment, we may send that event to Meta and Google, together with the ad click
identifier from the link you arrived on and your email address, phone number and name in
hashed form (converted into an irreversible code before it leaves our systems), and, for
payments, the amount. The partner uses this only to match the event to an ad and report on
it.
- Never shared: your Tally data, financial records, ledgers, invoices, bank
details, or anything you type into or ask Riko. We do not sell personal information.
These partners process this information under their own business terms and privacy
policies. You can opt out at any time by writing to support@rikoai.in; we will stop including
your details in what we send. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, and manage
ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.
6. Your Rights
Under Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and Tally integration details
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Object to processing
