Fieldwork against the ledger, not against an export

An export is a photograph. It was true when the client produced it, and everything that happened afterwards is invisible until someone sends a fresh one. Riko reads the client's Tally directly, across every company on the licence, so a balance you query on Thursday reflects Thursday.

Ask for receivables over ninety days by party, or purchases from a related party in the third quarter, and you get the figure with the vouchers behind it. Drill into any number to reach the entries that make it up. Two members of the team asking the same question get the same answer, because the figures come from fixed queries rather than from a model recalling what it saw.

Evidence that stays attached to the number

Each figure traces to its vouchers. The trace is part of the answer, not something you reconstruct afterwards for the file.
A procedure runs as a recorded workflow. Sampling and vouching steps are executed in order, with the evidence for each step captured as it goes.
Deliverables come out as files. Workpacks produce XLSX, DOCX and PDF that go straight into the working paper file.
Changes during the period are on record. Every proposal and approval carries a name and a timestamp, alongside Tally's own edit log rather than in place of it.

What Riko is not

It is not an opinion. Riko produces figures, exceptions and workings. The judgement, the materiality and the opinion remain yours.
It is not your methodology. It runs the procedure you define. It does not tell you what procedure the engagement needs.
It is not a substitute for Tally's edit log. The statutory audit trail lives in Tally. Riko's log records what Riko did, and sits next to it.
It does not post on its own. Nothing reaches a client's books without a person approving it.
